BenQ Group has been recognized for six consecutive years as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia,” and has also received the Gold Award twice. The accolades come from employee surveys covering three major areas: “Organizational Culture (Core),” “Employee Engagement (Self),” and “Team Communication (Group),” where the company achieved scores above the market average. The “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” is a prestigious award in the HR field, with 368 companies participating this year, and only 14 receiving the top Gold Award honor.

Joe Huang, General Manager of BenQ Group, stated that the group provides a diverse platform for ambitious individuals to shine within the organization. The company’s rotational programs allow talent to circulate among its affiliated enterprises, enhancing their experience. In response to the rise of AI, the principles of professionalism, efficiency, and excellence are emphasized in daily work. Through self-improvement, process simplification, and striving for excellence, the company aims to enhance its competitive edge.

 

BenQ Group implements a “Full Position Development Program,” defining core competencies for different levels and providing comprehensive training for employees. Innovative AI tools are introduced to cultivate new skills, allowing employees to free themselves from tedious tasks and engage in higher-value work. Employees are also encouraged to participate in rotational learning within the group, scoring 4.34 in the rotation survey, above the industry average of 3.79.

Talent rotation is deeply embedded in the company’s DNA, with a rotation rate of 162% for managerial positions, demonstrating the group's commitment to talent development and strengthening inter-company connections. 

 

For example, at Qisda, nearly 80% of external assignments involve younger managers, facilitating rapid expansion of perspectives and experience for young leaders and offering them opportunities for swift promotion.
