Qisda actively practices sustainability and has been selected for the second consecutive year in the 2025 S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook, receiving recognition as one of the top 5% companies globally. In a competitive evaluation of over 7,690 companies across more than 62 industries worldwide, only 780 companies made it into this year's yearbook. Qisda scored 86 points (out of 100), an increase of 5 points from the previous year, maintaining its position in the Top 5% and being re-selected for the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook.

Chairman Peter Chen stated that Qisda aims to achieve over half of its profits from high-value-added businesses by 2027. Through four key operational strategies, the company gathers its fleet partners to strengthen the foundation for sustainable operations. Qisda and its partners are actively taking sustainable actions in environmental, social, and governance aspects. In 2024, BenQ Group received approximately 35 sustainability awards both domestically and internationally, demonstrating the recognition of its outstanding performance in sustainability.

In terms of environmental initiatives, the Taoyuan Twin Star Factory upgraded from bronze-level to silver-level green building certification and obtained a green factory label. Qisda has reduced its Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions by 51% compared to the baseline year and implemented green design to create low-carbon products, thereby reducing energy consumption and material usage. Among the materials procured by Qisda, 43% are recycled materials, effectively lowering carbon emissions and resource consumption in the supply chain. Additionally, the company has received subsidies from the Ministry of Economic Affairs for low-carbon and intelligent upgrades in manufacturing, aiming to drive its partners toward low-carbon transformations.

On the social front, Qisda has long been committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, winning the Asia’s Best Employer Award for six consecutive years. The employee retention rate stands at 92%, and the employee stock trust membership rate reaches 90%. Qisda attracts outstanding talent from around the world with its competitive industry position and friendly work environment, investing in talent development and retention, and placing great importance on human capital. In partnership with the BenQ Foundation, the company has been supporting local farmers in Changhua's Xizhou for 20 years, adopting farmland and introducing friendly farming practices, which not only give back to the community but also enhance ecological service systems.

In terms of governance, Qisda's corporate governance evaluation ranks within the top 6% to 20% of listed companies, and it has been included in the Corporate Governance 100 Index for six consecutive years since 2019. In 2022, it achieved its first-phase transformation goal of having over half of its revenue come from high-value-added businesses and continues to work toward the second phase goal of having over half of its profits from high-value-added businesses by 2027.

In addition to being recognized as a global Top 5% company in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook, Qisda also received the National Sustainable Development Award for the first time in 2024. The National Sustainable Development Award is organized by the National Sustainable Development Committee of the Executive Yuan and undergoes a rigorous evaluation process consisting of three stages: "written preliminary review," "on-site review," and "final selection." It is the highest honor awarded by the public sector in Taiwan to encourage corporate sustainability.
