BenQ Group Wins Nine Awards at APSAA & TSAA

BenQ Qisda Group has achieved remarkable success in sustainability through supply chain management, digital talent empowerment, and smart sustainable operations, earning nine awards at APSAA, TSAA, and the Golden Eagle Micro Movie Awards. The accolades include 2 Golds, 2 Silvers, and 5 Bronzes, showcasing the innovative strategies and sustainability impact of the group.

General Manager of Qisda Group, Mr Joe Huang stated that the group continues to spread its sustainability expertise to partners and the supply chain, integrating ESG strategies into its operational model and implementing the UN SDGs. This strengthens the ESG foundation of the supply chain and enhances employees' AI literacy. The multiple sustainability awards received by the group this year validate the successful dissemination of its sustainability practices.

2025 APSAA (Asia-Pacific Sustainability Action Awards)

• SDG12 Gold – Driving a Green Future with a Smart Sustainability Strategy

The Smart Sustainability Fleet has been recognized with a Gold Award for its forward-looking strategies. The group focuses on reciprocal investment strategies, diversified operations, and deep-rooted sustainability to build a scalable operational model. By optimizing green products, promoting green manufacturing, and engaging in social welfare initiatives, the group achieves a win-win for EPS and ESG. In 2024, the group’s Continuous Improvement Project (CIP) saved operational efficiency equivalent to approximately 1.1% of annual revenue, with 77% of improvements driven by AI and RPA process automation, significantly enhancing automation and reducing human errors.
 

2025 TSAA (Taiwan Sustainability Action Awards)

• SDG17 Silver – Redefining Sustainable Supply Chains with Cross-industry Partnerships

Qisda collaborated with S&P Global to promote the CSA sustainability assessment tool within its supply chain management system. To achieve the 30% supply chain carbon reduction target by 2030, Qisda conducted greenhouse gas surveys and sustainability risk assessments for suppliers, auditing high-risk suppliers and providing sustainability training. Qisda’s scalable and replicable sustainability management model serves as an industry benchmark.

Through actions such as supply chain management, digital talent empowerment, and smart sustainable operations, Qisda spreads its sustainability expertise to affiliated companies. By introducing systems and tools, the group improves organizational efficiency and achieves green medical manufacturing through heat recovery technology, earning four Bronze Awards. Additionally, Qisda won its first Sustainability Micro Movie Gold Award at the Taipei Golden Eagle Micro Movie Festival with "Lower Carbon Footprint! BenQ COMPUTEX Boards Become Campus Reps."

Furthermore, the group’s sustainability impact continues to spread among fleet partners. Mitac received recognition at the Taiwan Sustainability Action Awards with a Silver Award for SDG 4: Technology for Digital Dreams and a Bronze Award for SDG 3: AI for Health Predictions.
