The "Best Companies To Work For In Asia" is organized by HR Asia, a leading HR media outlet in Asia, which conducts an anonymous employee survey to capture the true voices of employees. The award selects companies that excel in organizational culture, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion development through a multi-faceted evaluation process. BenQ Group is one of the few companies in Taiwan to achieve this seven-year streak, drawing significant attention.

BenQ Group President, Joe Huang, stated: "We encourage our colleagues to actively adopt AI tools to reduce repetitive tasks and unleash more creativity, enhancing operational efficiency and organizational innovation. Only by infusing technological thinking into our human resource strategy can we achieve sustainability and mutual benefit for the company and its talent."

According to an anonymous survey conducted by HR Asia among the group’s employees, BenQ Group significantly outperformed market averages in three key areas: "Core Organizational Culture," "Self-Growth," and "Team Cohesion." Positive indicators such as "I feel energized at work" and "I look forward to returning to work after the weekend" were over 20% higher than the market average. Additionally, statements like "The organization provides flexible work arrangements" and "The company encourages employees to explore innovative applications to enhance efficiency" received high recognition from employees.

"Tech Empowerment Awards" Demonstrates Achievements in Digital Transformation

BenQ Group has been awarded the "Tech Empowerment Awards" for the first time, reflecting its excellence in AI applications and process improvements. Starting in 2023, one of its business units fully implemented Lean process improvements, saving over 140,000 hours for the company over two years, effectively enhancing the efficiency of human resource utilization. In 2024, the group's continuous improvement projects (CIP) saved approximately 1.1% of annual revenue in operational efficiency, with nearly half of the CIP projects at headquarters utilizing AI tools, significantly promoting automation and reducing human error.

Furthermore, the company has independently developed the QchatAI smart assistant and organized internal hackathons to encourage cross-departmental innovation in AI applications, embodying the core philosophy of "Tech is Talent Power."
